Pool

POOL SEASON IS APRIL 1ST THROUGH NOVEMBER 1ST  
 
 Please familiarize yourself with the pool rules posted at the Cabana and remember – swimming is at your own risk -lifeguards are not provided.
 
Please remember you and your guests are responsible for your own health and safety.  You and your guests use the Pool, Bathroom and Cabana areas at YOUR OWN RISK.
 
Please do not allow children to swim unsupervised.  Life rings and lifeline hooks ARE NOT TOYS – please do not allow your children to play with these items.
 
 Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool area without an adult.
 
Children who are not potty trained must wear swim pants or other appropriate protective garments.  
  • If a fecal accident occurs when you are at the pool – exit the pool immediately – contact the Manager at 904-646-2626 to report the incident
  • The pool will then be closed for a minimum of 24 hours while the required treatment is applied
 
 ADULT SWIM IS 8:00PM – 11:00PM.   CHILDREN (EVEN WITH AN ADULT) ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL DURING THIS TIME
 
The pool gate must remain closed at all times. 
  • Propping the gate open is strictly prohibited and a violation of Health Department Regulations 
  • The pool will be closed by the Health Department Inspector if they come by and find the pool gate propped open
 
You will need proof of residency to obtain a pool key. 
  • One key is provided per Unit
  • A pool key agreement must be signed at the time a key is provided to you
  • If your Unit has already been provided a pool key – a $25 replacement key fee is charged
  • Making copies of the pool key to give to others is strictly prohibited
  • POOL FURNITURE IS TO BE REMOVED DAILY AFTER RESIDENT USE
    ANY POOL FURNITURE REMAINING IN POOL AREA WITHOUT AN OCCUPANT WILL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF BY MANAGEMENT
 
 
 
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT THE CABANA, IN THE POOL AREA AND BATHROOMS
 
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA AND BATHROOMS
