The Board of Directors, in partnership with the licensed Community Association Manager, diligently address the needs of not only the physical maintenance of the Community but also the aspirations of the Community.

This partnership, combined with many involved Residents and Owners, has resulted in a Community that is both aesthetically pleasing and physically enjoyable.

Everyone working together will enable the Community to remain a pleasant place to live and foster continued improvements and upgrades beneficial to everyone.

We hope you will visit the Community Website often to be kept abreast of information important to you.

Your ideas are always welcome and we encourage you to submit them for consideration via the Suggestion Box at the Cabana, or email utilizing the Contact Us link, or (if a Unit Owner) at Board Meetings.

TIPS

STORM OR HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
JUNE 1 - NOV 30
30.3322° N, 81.6557° W

Please remove all items from patios, balconies and front door areas. These become missiles in the wind and can be blown into windows, cars etc.

Have enough nonperishable food and water to take care of you, your family and your pets for up to five days without power or water

Fill your bathtub or washer with water to provide water for flushing toilets, etc

If a boil water notice is issued – and there is no power to boil water – add 16 drops of fragrance-free chlorine bleach per gallon of water to purify.
Let it sit for 30 minutes before consuming

In the event you lose electricity, avoid opening the refrigerator to maintain the cool temperature inside.

Stay away from downed power lines. If you get too close to a downed line that is still energized, you can be electrocuted – even if you never touch the wire.  If you encounter a downed wire, please call 911.

Be aware of rising waters near your doors and of rising waters in the parking lots and move your vehicle to higher ground if necessary.

Monitor the weather conditions closely and be prepared to follow recommendations of local authorities.

If you haven’t yet done so, please make sure your cell phone and email address are up-to-date on your account at jea.com/update info so important JEA messages and updates can reach you.
