Cabana

CABANA MAY BE RESERVED FOR YOUR EVENT
WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT – PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS FOLLOWS
 
  • Contact Liz Crawford at (904) 646-2626-at least 3 business days prior to the event
  • Complete, sign and return the Reservation Agreement with your deposit
  • Checks or money orders required, payable to Mandarin Glen Condominium Association - $25.00 – refundable deposit
  • May be mailed to:  Kingdom Management 12620 Beach Blvd. - #301 Jacksonville,FL 32246 or returned via email to liz@kingdommanagement.com
 
THE RESERVATION AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.   CABANA WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED
 
RULES AND GUIDELINES
 
  • All Covenants, Restrictions and Rules and Regulations must be adhered to.  Any violation by anyone attending the event will result in loss of deposit.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR GUESTS.
  • You and your guests must understand that should they choose to swim, they do so at their own risk.  There is no lifeguard on duty.   YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADVISING YOUR GUESTS OF SWIMMING AT THEIR OWN RISK.
  • Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis and an Event may not exceed four (4) hours.  All events must be scheduled during normal pool hours
  • All food must be prepared off Site – There is no cooking allowed at Cabana or Pool
  • Decorations, party favors and/or balloons etc. must be removed at the conclusion of the event (including tape used to secure them).  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT
  • You are responsible for cleaning the area at the conclusion of your event.  All cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. are to be supplied by you.
  • Trash must be bagged and taken from the premises NOT LEFT AT THE CABANA FOR PICKUP.  
  • All tables must be clean of any debris.  
  • The floor must be free of debris and “broom” clean. 
  • FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT
If all of the above Rules and Guidelines are followed, your $25 deposit will be refunded and/or destroyed after the area has been inspected by the Community Association Manager.
 
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT THE CABANA, IN THE POOL AREA AND BATHROOMS
 
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA AND BATHROOMS
